Hello, all. I am so happy that the weather finally appears to be changing and the lows will be in the 40s and 50s! I have a very limited amount (4 pounds)of tri tip chili currently available for sale. I am off this week from school, so feel free to let me know if anyone wants the good stuff. I can deliver around 4 miles from the FOE if you purchase at least 2 pounds. Thanks!

Some news: I've been holding on to a bunch of Hatch chilies for the last few months in my freezer. I feel like the time is right to make another batch of Hatch chili! Therefore, I will be offering both my "regular" Tri tip chili, along with a Hatch version. Both will be available at The Shindig Food Park on Thursday and The Good Local Markets this Saturday and Sunday (delivery is available, as well, with at least a 2 pound purchase). Having said that, I will only have around 20 pounds of each, so let me know as soon as you can so that I can get you on the list! Thanks!

Announcing a new menu item to this week's Good Local Markets. Along with XL bacon wrapped hot dogs, Tri Dips, and bowls of chili, we'll be offering pulled pork sandwiches! The weather should be good, so come on down and look around and eat some lunch!

1. If you are coming from downtown Dallas, take I-30 E toward Texarkana.
2. Merge onto US-80 E and continue for about 10 miles.
3. Take the exit for Galloway Ave and turn left at the light.
4. Continue on Galloway Ave until you reach your destination, which will be on your right.

**Parking:**
There is ample parking available in the lot adjacent to the venue.

**Public Transport:**
1. If you're using public transport, start by taking DART Light Rail Line (Blue Line) towards Garland.
2. Get off at the LBJ/Central Station and transfer to Bus Route 283 heading eastbound.
