Another company catering in the books — 90 people. Not bad.
Thankful for the opportunity and blessed to serve our product straight out of Oak Cliff.
What makes Sosa’s BBQ different is simple: it’s real, it’s traditional, and it’s unique. The owner/pitmaster is hands-on from start to finish. I know the “business rule” says the owner shouldn’t be in the mix, shouldn’t be doing the heavy lifting… but that’s not me. This is what I signed up for. I left the 9–5 to live what I preach — late nights, no sleep, tending the fire, smoking the meats, slicing everything fresh.
I love it. Wouldn’t trade it for anything

To get to Chalk Hill Road in Dallas, you can take the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) bus number 444 which runs along Chalk Hill Road. Alternatively, if driving, take exit 30 off I-20 and turn south onto Westmoreland Road. Then turn left onto Chalk Hill Road and continue for about a mile. There is free street parking available along Chalk Hill Road near the food trucks.
