Originating from Hotel Buhari in the Chennai part of India it is made by marinating and frying Chicken bites, coated with flour, curry leaves and spices served with onion and lemon garnish. It is a delight for meat lovers and can be enjoyed on any occasion whether as an entrée or a quick snack.

To get to E Shady Grove Road in Irving, there are a couple of options for public transport. The nearest bus stop is located on the corner of E Shady Grove Road and N Belt Line Road, which can be accessed by taking bus route 401 or 408. Alternatively, you can take the Orange line train to the Irving Convention Center station and transfer to either bus route 401 or 408.

If you prefer driving, there is ample parking available along E Shady Grove Road. From Dallas, take Highway-183 west towards Fort Worth and exit on Esters Blvd. Turn left on Esters Blvd and continue onto W Walnut Hill Lane. Follow W Walnut Hill Lane until it intersects with N Belt Line Road, then turn right onto N Belt Line Road. Take a left on E Shady Grove Road and your destination will be on your right.

From Fort Worth, take Highway-183 east towards Dallas and exit on N Belt Line Road. Turn right on N Belt Line Road, then left on E Shady Grove Road. Your destination will be on your right.
