Good evening everyone!
We are excited to announce that tickets are now available for our second student-run dinner of the semester!
Our student-run restaurant is the only student-run restaurant in Rockwall, giving our Culinary Arts students the opportunity to put their culinary, service, and restaurant skills into action by preparing and serving dinner for our guests.
For our second dinner, we are excited to present A Taste of Mexico!
This dinner gives our students the opportunity to explore the flavors, ingredients, and techniques of Mexican cuisine while putting their skills into practice in a real restaurant setting.
From creating their own salsas to preparing traditional dishes and serving our guests, students will be responsible for bringing this experience to life!
Important Ticket Information
Please note: 1 ticket = 1 seat. Each ticket includes a 3-course plated meal and beverages (refer to attached menu for more details)
Purchasing one ticket reserves one individual seat, not an entire table. If you would like to sit together as a group, please purchase a ticket for each person in your party.
Tickets are now available through the link below. We hope you’ll join us for A Taste of Mexico and support our Culinary Arts students as they put their skills into action!

Our Rockwall ISD culinary team took the stage at the National ProStart Invitational competition with passion, focus, and a drive to represent our program, our district and state at the highest level. From the first day of preparation to the final moments of competition, they showed what it truly means to commit to a craft by pushing themselves, supporting one another, and rising to every challenge with determination and heart. They walked in as students and showed the mindset of professionals.
As their instructors, we couldn’t be more proud. The dedication, humility and pride they carried with them is what defines success in our kitchen. This is only the beginning for these future industry leaders and we can’t wait to see what’s in store for them!
