GUYS… I’M BACK! 🤠🇬🇧🎂
Still can’t quite believe I get to say this again, but I’m absolutely chuffed to be returning for SEASONS 3 of Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking! 🪄✨
Getting the chance to come back for another season was such a brilliant experience — and this time we had two incredible new judges, Duff Goldman and Sarah Mountain. No pressure whatsoever having two absolute legends judging your work! 😂
I genuinely cannot wait for you all to see what everyone got up to. I’ve been keeping this one under my hat for far too long!
Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking Season 3 premieres in the US November 4th!

🦛⏰RESULTS OF THE 5 HOUR, MAD HIPPO RUSH OF 12AM!!
This cake turned out to be awesome, better than I thought it was going to be, 🫣🤔
AS I WAS SEVERELY SLEEP DEPRIVED 😴🛌🥱it was one of X7 LARGE & OR VERY ELABORATE sculpted cakes, that I had to do and in just 6 days. 😱😱
Let me tell you, these cakes took anywhere up to 38 HOURS EACH, TO MAKE!! That’s a lot of missed sleep 🤬🤯

A LITTLE SNEAK PEAK 👀 AT JUST SOME OF THE CAKES WE CREATED LAST WEEK!!
THERE WAS SO MANY 🫣🤣😵💫🥴🫶🏻
IT WAS A VERY LONG AND HARD WEEK! So many sleepless nights and working 40 hours straight without sleep or breaks (FOR ME LOL) and longer shifts for everyone at the bakery.

LOVE HOW THE SIMPLE CAKE CAME OUT! ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE……💖🍻🍺
& I DON’T KNOW ABOUT YOU, BUT IT DEFINITELY MAKES ME WANT FIND A COOL MUG OF BUTTERBEER & TAKE A GULP!!

This cake would feed up to 25 to 30 guests, and has a butter cream frothy top, I did the outside of the glass with an airbrush design to make it look like there was butterbeer inside and a fondant handle.

This cake was made up of two flavors, vanilla cake with funfetti sprinkles and vanilla, buttercream filling, and layers of CHOCOLATES CAKE FILLED WITH NUTELLA BUTTERCREAM! 😜
All iced up in chocolate ganache and covered in fondant.
All the decorations are edible & completely handmade🙌🏻 🎨🖌️ including the Squishmallows Every detail is hand cut, painted and airbrushed!
