Six years ago today, we lost a very special member of our family, Chef Rodolfo.

It’s hard to believe six years have passed. Rodolfo was more than just a chef to us. He was part of our family, someone who worked hard, took pride in what he did, and left a lasting impression on everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Time moves on, but we never forget the good people who were part of our journey.

Rodolfo, you are still remembered, still missed, and will always be part of our story.

Rest in peace, Chef. ❤️
