Are you looking for a commercial kitchen space? I have unfortunately had to close my business, but I have two years left on my lease. I need to find someone to assume the lease. Here are the details:

Everything works. Property is on Coit Rd. between Arapaho & Belt Line. Lease runs until August 2026. You will sublease the space from me and pay a flat rate, plus all utilities (gas, electricity, water, sewer, internet). You will sign a sublease agreement with me. You will be able to negotiate a new lease with the landlord for 8/26.
There is a current sublease tenant who only uses the space on the weekends. You will have full access and use of the kitchen M-F, and you will share the rent & utilities with them. Your portion will be 5/7 (71%) of the total, so your share of the rent will be $3042.00
Infrastructure repairs inside the building shell (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc) will be your responsibility. Infrastructure outside of the building shell is the landlord's responsibility. You are free to make changes/renovations/upgrades to the space, pursuant to all applicable building and construction codes.
