After seeing the "coming soon" sign for a while, we were finally able to go to the soft opening of Seapot. For the soft opening, they only have hot pot, but we didn't mind.
Seafood, veggies, noodles, etc. roll by on a conveyor belt, meats are ordered. All seemd.high quality and fresh. There's a self-serve bar for sauces and sides. It was delicious, so unsurprisingly, it was PACKED! So, be prepared to wait!

For those opting for public transport, take the DART Rail Red Line to Parker Road Station. From there, walk east on East 14th Street towards K Avenue and turn left onto K Avenue. Take a right onto N Central Expressway and the destination will be on the right.

For drivers, take N Central Expressway southbound and exit at East 15th Street/State Highway 121. Turn right onto Digital Drive and another right onto N Central Expressway frontage road. The destination will be on the left with parking available in the surrounding area.
