To reach the location at Legacy Drive in Plano, you can take the DART rail to the Parker Road Station and then transfer to bus route 346 towards Legacy West. Get off at the Legacy Dr @ Communications Pkwy stop and walk for about 5 minutes to reach your destination.
If you prefer driving, take the Dallas North Tollway and exit onto Legacy Drive. Turn left onto Communications Parkway and then turn right onto Bishop Road. The destination will be on your left-hand side. There is ample parking available on-site.
