It is with heavy hearts that we announce the closing of Crossbuck BBQ.
We are incredibly grateful for the support you've shown us throughout this journey.
From our brisket sandwich regulars and Prime Rib Friday fans, to every guest who walked through our doors—from across town or across the country—thank you for making Crossbuck a destination worth visiting.
Thank you to every company that trusted us to cater your events, every family who invited us to be part of life's biggest moments—from birthdays and baby showers to rehearsal dinners and weddings—and everyone who had Crossbuck shipped across the country... even all the way to Alaska!
Every meal shared, every event celebrated, every order placed, every conversation, every recommendation, and every friendship we've made meant more to us than you'll ever know.
To our incredible team, thank you for your hard work, dedication, and heart. We couldn't have done it without you.
As the saying goes, when one door closes, another opens... and we couldn't believe that more today.
Stay tuned...

Texans say chili shouldn’t have beans…
So we figured if beans are gonna exist, they better at least have brisket in ‘em.🤠

Tim McLaughlin officially became the biggest elimination shock of the early season of BBQ Brawl, being eliminated early despite being considered one of the strongest pitmasters in the cast this year. With his extremely strong Texas BBQ background and consistent technique throughout the early challenges, Tim was considered by many fans as a potential champion. Therefore, his early elimination immediately sparked controversy about the judging of season 7. On social media, many viewers began to question whether the show was prioritizing TV personalities and dramatic contestants over cooking consistency or genuine BBQ skills.👇👇👇

What a ride!
Getting to represent Dallas BBQ on a national stage was something we'll never forget, and seeing so many of y'all from near and far cheering Tim on meant even more than the competition itself.
From all of the fan visits at the restaurant and the posts, emails and texts from those watching from afar, to the conversations, support, and even visits from fellow BBQ Brawl castmates, this whole experience reminded us what BBQ is really about: community, connection, and bringing people together around the table. Please keep it coming!!!
Huge THANK YOU to Bobby Flay for believing in Tim from day one and choosing him as his first teammate this season. Being part of Team Bobby was an incredible honor.
And a sincere thank you to Food Network, the entire cast, and the crew behind-the-scenes for all of the hard work, hospitality, and long hours that made this experience so special. We're grateful to have been part of it.
We're incredibly proud of Tim, proud of Team Bobby, and grateful for everyone who's supported Crossbuck throughout this journey.
Remember to keep watching...who knows what will happen?!

Where it all started...Chef Tim stepped away from fine dining to chase the craft of smoking and, alongside Damian, built something that brings both worlds together.
Fine dining roots, built into the rhythm of the pit. Everything here starts with them!
