Me and the team been WORKING working in this 100° weather 😮💨🔥
I could’ve easily moved Smith’s Kitchen into a building and called it a day… but nah. I want to build my own.
I want to touch every brick.
Create every detail.
Every thread. Every needle. Every piece of what this becomes.
God works in mysterious ways because the bigger Smith’s Kitchen got, the more I was forced to grow and expand with it. 🙏🏾
Smith’s been lit for a minute, but I never let it make me big headed because I know this is a blessing. Every customer, every share, every line, every sold-out day — I appreciate all of it. 💯❤️
And before this thing becomes HUGE, I want to document the journey with these videos. I want people to see the testimony while it’s happening, not just when everything is finished.
The heat. The setbacks. The upgrades. The late nights. The lessons. The wins. The growth.
I want somebody watching this journey to be able to look back one day and say, “I remember when Smith’s Kitchen was still being built piece by piece.”
Crazy part is… I never worked in fast food a day in my life. 😂 I’m learning, building, adjusting, trusting God, and letting the journey shape me along the way.
We’re not just upgrading a restaurant — we’re building something for the community that I pray becomes way bigger than me. 🤝🏾

I’m coming through the door with my hands full struggling 😂 and before I could even get right, somebody was already stepping in to help.
That’s what I love about Smith’s Kitchen it’s bigger than food over here. We’ve really built a community where people look out for each other, support each other, and help build each other up. 🤝🏾❤️
Then my boy came through and fed the WHOLE FAMILY, dropping $130 on the order 😮💨🔥 and that type of support never goes unnoticed.
Every pull-up, every share, every order, every conversation, every person who brings somebody new — y’all are part of what we’re building.
Smith’s Kitchen wouldn’t be Smith’s Kitchen without my folks. We’re growing together, supporting each other, and turning this little spot into something special for the community. 💯

A few first timers pulled up, so you already know I had to come outside, politic with the community, show love, check on everybody, and make sure that food hitting like it’s supposed to. 💯
That’s one thing about us… you ain’t just pulling up to grab a plate.
You might catch me outside chopping it up with somebody grandma, checking on a first timer, laughing with the regulars, or making sure somebody got everything they need before they leave. 😂🤝🏾
I appreciate every single person that pulls up and spends their money with us because y’all could’ve went ANYWHERE.
Some people come for the food…
But I want y’all to leave feeling like you pulled up on family. 💙
First timers always be a little quiet at first… then that first bite hit and everything change 😂👀

100 degrees weather… and somehow hanging this logo turned into a conversation about hard work, ownership, sacrifice, and building something from the ground up. 💯
My guy BMB MKTG was out there getting it done, and when I saw Smith’s Kitchen on his wrapped truck, that hit different. I didn’t even know he had my logo on there.
The real ones don’t just show love when you’re standing in front of them… they do solid things when you’re not even around. 🤝🏾
What makes this moment even crazier is the last time he came out to do a project for me, it was basically just dirt on the ground. No big setup. No huge logo. No vision everybody could physically see yet.
Now he’s back hanging a HUGE Smith’s Kitchen logo up. 🥹
And that’s when it really hit me…
Y’all watched me build this.
My community watched the humble beginnings.
Y’all watched the mistakes.
The improvements.
The long days.
The sellouts.
The setbacks.
The viral moments.
The growth.
I didn’t build Smith’s Kitchen in private and pop out when it looked good…
I built it right in front of my people. 💙
That’s why every time I run across somebody like-minded who built something from nothing, I make sure I tell them I’m proud of them. Because I know firsthand what it takes when nobody can see what you see yet.
We still got a LONG way to go… but sometimes you gotta look back at the dirt just to realize how far you really came.
Smith’s Kitchen was built with my community watching every chapter. This next chapter might be the biggest one yet. 🙏🏾
