I speak French so took this as an opportunity to practice. Not many chances to speak French in Dallas. 🫣

So we started doing Kougin-Amann !

A pastry from Brittany France, popular for it’s sweet, buttery goodness. It’s a yeasted dough layered with plenty of French Butter and sugar.

Almost like a croissant, but not as fluffy, and sweeter. It goes great with a coffee!

Triple Berry Lavender Spiral Croissant

Blackberries have been super sweet lately! Paired with a lightly floral lavender ganache, vanilla pastry cream, and accompanied with raspberries and blueberries, it’s hard to not take a bite!

Watching gelato and sorbet come out of the machine is such a sweet dream 😮‍💨 Aside from pastry and croissants, don’t forget about gelato!

We make our gelato and sorbet fresh, in house, with simple ingredients and no processed powders.

We had the honor of being on Good Morning Texas () on WFAA this morning!

Chef Andy was live in the studio making crêpes and pairing them with our delicious gelato, now available at Central Market ()

And we had some very exciting news to share during the show 👀✨

Option 1 - Public Transport:
Take the Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) bus or train to the Preston Road Station. From there, walk south on Preston Road for about 5 minutes and the destination will be on your left.

Option 2 - Driving/Parking:
If driving from downtown Dallas, take Interstate 35E north and merge onto US-75 north towards McKinney. Take exit 6 toward Campbell Road and turn left onto Campbell Road. Turn right onto Preston Road and drive for about 1 mile. The destination will be on your right.
Parking is available in the lot behind the building or along the street.
