Spring is in the air so this week we are bringing back our Chicken Primavera, plus Mom's Meatballs and Sunday gravy (which can be enjoyed any day of the week š) and of course our gourmet salads and stuffed breads. Next pick up is March 17, which is also St. Patrick's Day so we are offering some Irish-inspired fare š We have a hearty and delicious Guinness beef stew, Bangers and Mash, and a butterscotch pudding made with Glenlivet 14 (don't worry, it is safe for the kiddos to enjoy). Because of the lingering bad weather and unusual circumstances we are all facing, we have extended last week's menu to this week and have added in our Grilled Eggplant Parm!
