So, what does a Frontline Team Member/Cashier do?
A little bit of everything but the primary activities and responsibilities of the position include:
1. Adding the “WOW” to our guest experience when they order in-store or on the phone.
2. Ringing up customer orders and ensuring accuracy.
3. Making menu recommendations and helping to guide customers with their order choices.
4. Helping to ensure each order is complete and served with a smile & a big thank you.
5. Jumping in and doing some prep work and clean-up to ensure everything is just right.
6. Being a WIO ambassador and customer advocate of the brand.
