I wish baking was this fast in real life!
🇩🇰 These are Danish Butterhorns! They’re similar to croissants with a few key differences. The dough tastes richer and they come with different fillings!
🇩🇰 I went with both traditional and fruit fillings for this batch.
🥐Almond + Chocolate
🥐Apricot + Apple Cinnamon
🍑 I loved the apricot the most! It’s so fruity and tart, the perfect accompaniment to the rich Butterhorn.

This year I was thinking about what I would make for my mom for Mother’s Day. I came up with my twist on the classic French pastry Mille Feuille (pronounced “mil foy”). It’s so luxurious and fit for a queen!
