BLACK SESAME FUDGE. Black sesame is a sesame seed with an intact hull (outer shell) while white sesame seeds have their hulls removed. It’s a popular ingredient/flavor in Asian cuisines for both sweet and savory foods. If you know what tahini is (ground sesame seed paste), it’s the same concept! The difference is black sesame tastes more intense, nuttier, a little smoky, and slightly bitter — almost like a dark coffee or chocolate 😉

BUTTERBEER. The most delicious thing we’ve ever tasted 🪄 It’s neither butter nor b**r, and more like butterscotch! Butterb**r is a popular sweet drink from the Harry Potter series and also one of our most popular flavors 😳 We bring it back every year but only for Halloween so don’t miss it!!! 👻🎃

BANANA BREAD is a classic American sweet bread or cake made from mashed bananas 🍌 It’s usually made with overripe bananas to add sweetness and a soft, moist texture 😌 Optional toppings/ingredients include chocolate chips, chopped nuts like walnuts or pecans, and dried fruits. This flavor does not include eggs or nuts 😇

SALTED CARAMEL BUTTER PECAN. Back in my day, leaves used to fall in October! Speaking of fall, it’s fall break for Plano kids and what better way to start it than with fall flavors? 🍂 We even made our own candied pecans (I could eat a whole bag of these) 😉

HONG KONG COFFEE MILK TEA. East meets West! Coffee and tea together? This drink is a unique combination of flavors from Hong Kong which was under British rule from 1841 to 1997. Another name for this drink is “yuenyeung” or “yuanyang” which is the Cantonese word for the mandarin duck. The poetic idea is that mandarin ducks are mates for life (although they aren’t actually). The drink has a ratio of three parts coffee and seven parts milk tea. It’s sweet and rich, slightly bitter from the coffee, and a little floral from the black tea. When made correctly, the flavors should be balanced and nothing should overpower the others 😊

ONDE ONDE is basically a bite-sized pandan mochi covered in coconut and filled with melted palm sugar 😃 Indonesians may know this as “klepon” while Singaporeans and Malaysians call it “onde onde”. We have some special toppings to make it taste like the actual dessert but they’re totally optional. The ice cream is great on its own!

FIG LEAF COCADA. Cocada is a shredded or grated coconut candy/pastry from Latin America. Everyone makes them in their own way but they’re usually somewhat soft, sweet, and chewy 🥥 Someone told us about fig leaves in desserts so naturally we had to try something new 🤗 We originally planned to pair the cocada with a fig leaf flavor but they just worked so well together that we combined them! The leaves are super aromatic and give off notes of coconut, vanilla, and almond. Can you taste it? 🫣
