SAPPORO BEER & CHERRY. Kanpai!! 🍻 This flavor tastes like cherry ice cream with a light beer finish 😮‍💨 As a beer, Sapporo is gentle, refreshing, and crisp so don’t worry; it’s not that bitter 😁 It blends surprisingly well with the natural tartness of the cherries and even brings it out a little. We recommend swirling it with the Plum Sake Chocolate 👍

CORN COCONUT PUDDING. You probably aren’t thinking of these three words when you think of ice cream but hear us out! Corn and coconut are actually two very common ingredients used together around the world. In the Philippines, they have coconut rice pudding with corn (ginataang mais). In Vietnam, they have sweet corn pudding with coconut milk (che bap). In Brazil, they have white corn pudding (canjica). In the Caribbean, they have pudding made of either rice or corn but also use coconut milk (majarete). The list goes on and on 😚 Expand your food palette 🙌🏼

BRUNOST CHEESECAKE. Brunost is a brown whey cheese with a unique sweet and savory caramel flavor. It’s made by boiling cow and/or goat milk until the sugars caramelize which is where its color and taste come from. Brunost has deep roots in Norwegian culture, and it’s typically served for breakfast or snacks as thin slices on food like bread, waffles, crackers, etc.

PANDAN COCONUT. Pandan is a tropical plant used in a lot of Southeast Asian cooking for both sweet and savory foods. It’s famously used in drinks and desserts because of its fragrant aroma, natural bright green color, and sweet flavor. It tastes like an earthy, grassy, and floral vanilla with hints of almond and coconut. We know a lot of you have been waiting for pandan so don’t miss this!! One week left for these flavors!
