The Story Behind Our Quesabirria Tacos
When we first started working on our quesabirria tacos, I honestly wasn’t sure people would like them.
We spent weeks working on the recipe, making adjustments, tasting, and trying to get everything just right. Even then, I had my doubts.
But we decided to give it a chance and let our customers be the judges.
To my surprise, those same tacos I wasn’t so confident about became one of our best-selling dishes at Los Marquez
Sometimes we don’t recognize the potential of something we’ve created until we give others the opportunity to experience it.
Not every idea will be successful, but some of our best ideas are the ones we almost didn’t believe in.
And to think, it all started with a recipe I wasn’t sure anyone would order.
Thank you for believing in something we almost doubted ourselves. ❤️
