Join us as we honor the dedication, service, and sacrifice of law enforcement officers during National Police Week 2026 (May 10th - 16th).
The Richardson Police Department invites our community to attend a National Peace Officers Memorial Day Ceremony on Thursday, May 14, 2026, beginning at 8:30 a.m. This meaningful event will recognize and remember those who have given their lives in the line of duty.
The ceremony is open to the public and will be held in the visitor parking lot of the Richardson Police Department, located at 200 N. Greenville Ave., Richardson, TX.
We hope you will stand with us as we pay tribute to the brave men and women who serve and protect our community every day.

To reach Buckingham Road in Richardson by public transport, take the bus that passes through Belt Line and Greenville Avenue. Get off the bus at Buckingham Road stop and walk towards the east for about 5 minutes until you reach your destination.

If driving, take Highway 75 to Exit 26 towards Arapaho Road. Turn right onto Arapaho Road and then turn left onto Greenville Avenue. After about half a mile, turn right onto Buckingham Road and drive for another half a mile until you reach your destination. Parking is available on the street or in nearby lots.
