Last night, we partnered with Krimson Park to host and serve a company mixer for Hitachi. There were over 350 guests from as far as the UK and they were all amazed by our cuisine. From the Meatball Knots & Crab Salad Crostinis to the Hoisin Glazed Pork Tenderloin with Honey Wasabi Mustard, and the fan favorite, our Potato-Tini Bar; the guests enjoyed it all. The Grazing Table left them in awe so much that some stated it was beautiful to eat. My team along with my amazing partners at Krimson Park provided a great experience for guests foreign and domestic.
