Lately, I’ve been quiet… and I owe you all some honesty.
Running Sweet Dreams Luxury Bakes has always been something I poured my heart into—but if I’m being real, the passion hasn’t felt the same lately. Life has been life-ing, and somewhere along the way, I put my business on the back burner. Not because I don’t love it… but because I’ve been feeling unmotivated, overwhelmed, and honestly unsure.
This isn’t easy to say, but I’ve even been considering whether it’s time to close this chapter for good.
I share this not for sympathy, but for transparency. So many people only show the highlights of entrepreneurship—but this right here is also part of the journey. The quiet seasons. The doubt. The “what am I even doing?” moments.
If you’ve ever supported me, ordered from me, shared my work, or even just liked a post—thank you. You’ve been part of something that truly meant (and still means) a lot to me 💙
I don’t have all the answers right now. I’m just taking things one day at a time and being honest about where I am.
Whether this is a pause or an ending… I’m grateful for the journey either way.

Many have reached out and we hate to disappoint but we will NOT be accepting Christmas orders this year as we focus on expanding and preparing for some major opportunities behind the scenes.
This pause now means bigger, better, sweeter things later.

To get to the dessert shop and dessert restaurant in Sachse, take the DART rail to the Sachse station. From there, take Bus #361 and get off at Elm Grove Dr @ Merritt Rd. Walk for about 2 minutes until you reach the destination.
If you are driving to the location, take US-190 E/President George Bush Turnpike E to Merritt Rd in Garland. Take exit Merritt Rd from President George Bush Turnpike E. Turn left onto Merritt Rd and drive straight ahead for about 3 miles until you reach the destination which is on your right-hand side. Parking is available on site.
