Chicken Burgers
Ingredients
1. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
2. 1/3 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese

Unfortunately a lot of fast food or restaurant hamburgers are about 1000 calories because they heavily butter the buns and they use high fat ground meat along with a lot of cheese and other calorie dense ingredients.

Instructions
01. Combine ground beef, pepper, salt, mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
02. Gently form mixture into 8 patties.
03. Heat grill or skillet to high.
04. Cook patties 2-3 minutes per side (if you make them thicker, you'll need to cook them longer)
05. Serve on grilled hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, cheese and onions.
