Start with 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit. Some great fruit bases include strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, bananas, pineapple, cherries and peaches. Veggie. If you don't mind the green color, adding a handful of spinach or kale is a good way to bring more antioxidants to your drink

To get to the smoothie & juice bar, take the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) and get off at the Mockingbird Station. From there, walk east towards Central Expressway, cross under the highway and continue walking for three blocks until you see a red brick building on your left. The smoothie & juice bar is located on the ground floor of that building.

If you are driving to the location, you can take US-75 North and exit at Mockingbird Lane. Turn left onto Mockingbird Lane and then take a right onto Greenville Avenue. Look for a red brick building on your right after about half a mile. Parking is available in front of and behind the building as well as in nearby lots.
