GRATEFUL!!
Just one word, but so much emotion behind that one word. Thank you to the community of and for the support, the love, and the friendship you have shown me and my family.

I can’t thank all of the young ladies and the young gentleman that have served behind the bar enough for their leadership, their creativity, and especially their warm and welcoming spirit!! I could not have done this without you!!

And to my “manager”, my mini .mercedez , she knows her mama’s heart! Your ability to lead the team while I was working full time at the schools was a lot for you to handle but you took it on like the badass I know you are, you are my rock and I thank you for living this dream out with me!

Thank you thank you thank you to all those friends and even some new friends that stopped by for our last bash and even all who sent messages!!! It meant THE WORLD to me and it made the day so special!!

While I am closing the storefront doors, I am not leaving the dream of helping people reach their transformation goals. Be on the lookout for what’s next as we transition to a different method!!!

After lots of prayer, lots of reflecting and family discussions, I’ve had to make the tough decision to close the doors of HNE.
Lots of love sweat and tears have gone into this part of my journey and I couldn’t be more grateful for all the love support and encouragement that I have received from everyone who has ever walked through the doors!! I’ve learned lots, grown lots and just know that this isn’t the end of this journey…there’s more to come so be on the lookout for what’s next!!
Our hours of operation may change because of some things that have happened that are just out of my control, but thank you to those who have been patient with us and continue to check in and come in!!! Be on the lookout for those hours.
Our last day of operation..our GOODBYE BASH will be Saturday December 7th! It will act as both a celebration of 51 years of blessings(my bday🥳) plus the 4 wonderful years of serving the community of Heath!
If you know me, you know this has been ONE of the toughest decisions to make, but if you know me, you also know..I’LL BE BACK!!!
