You're invited to a vibrant Spring Bazar celebrating Indonesian culture! Join us for a delightful afternoon filled with unique finds, delicious treats, and community spirit.
Bali street cafe would be at booth 22 as our menu would be listed :
Gudeg jogja ( jackfruit with coconut milk , coconut sugar and cooked traditionally with teak leaves as natural food coloring , toped with braised duck egg, free range chicken and beef chicaron)
Nasi bakar ( jasmine rice with chicken or salty fish and wrapped inside banana leaves, grill before served )
Batagor ( fish and chicken fried meatball with peanut sauce on top )
Risoles ( Indonesian creamy egg roll )
Ketan hitam ( black sweet rice porridge with coconut milk to balance the sweetness )
