Brownies, cookies, chocolate ganache cake, and pumpkin crumble bars.

Everything is gluten free and dairy free, high protein and fiber with oats and almond flour, mostly naturally sweetened with maple syrup, and most importantly, tastes out of this world.

This weeks box was a beaut 🤤 and it feels good to get back into the swing of things.

The brookies were sooo good and made without any grains or dairy and sweetened with organic maple syrup!

Guys, these cookies are mind blowing. They taste like the ones from memory lane from the toll house shop at the mall when we were younger and didn’t know what sugar and calories and inflammation were. Except they’re so much better for you so you can live longer and eat more of them 😎

Be on the lookout for subscription style boxes full of sweet treats to satisfy the need for sugar, but without a side of diabetes. I’ve got high protein, low carb, no refined flours, dairy free, gluten free….but definitely not joy free options.
