If you plan to go to the Town East Boulevard in Mesquite via public transport, you can take the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit) rail line and get off at the Town East Mall stop. From there, you can walk towards the east side of the mall and find a restaurant adjacent to a gas station.
If you prefer driving to the location, you can follow these directions: Take Interstate 635 E or US-80 E and exit onto Town East Boulevard. Continue driving straight until you see a gas station on your right. The restaurant is located next to that gas station.
As for parking, there are various parking spots available around the mall area. You may park in one of the designated areas near the restaurant or choose any vacant spot near the mall entrance nearest to Salata's location.
