Chance's Cafe

Chance's Cafe, located at Highland Park United Methodist Church, is a one-of-a-kind cafe that offers more than just coffee and pastries. Run by volunteers and named after Chance Urschel, who lived his life in service to others, Chance's Cafe is a place where customers and volunteers alike can come together for a good cause. Open on Sundays from 8 am to Noon at HPUMC in the Sanctuary Hub and Wesley Hall basement, as well as on Sundays, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the Tolleson Family Activity Center, Chance's Cafe serves up smiles and a variety of baked goods with all proceeds going back into Chance.

Serving up Smiles with Michael and pie bites. This event marks the last catering until July 7. Chance's Tolleson will be closed from June 24-July 6. New ovens are being installed. Crew and staff off for 4th of July week.

To get to Highland Park United Methodist Church in Dallas, you can take the DART rail to Mockingbird Station and then transfer to bus number 521. Get off at the Hillcrest Avenue stop and walk south for about 5 minutes until you reach the church.

If you are driving, take the North Central Expressway (US-75) and exit at Mockingbird Lane. Head east on Mockingbird Lane for about 1 mile until you reach Hillcrest Avenue. Turn right onto Hillcrest Avenue and continue for about half a mile until you reach the church.

There is parking available on-site at the church, as well as street parking nearby.
