Today, we pause to reflect and honor the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country and our freedom.
Here at Jackie’s Ham N Eggs, Memorial Day carries a deeper meaning for our family. Jackie herself witnessed the sacrifices of war firsthand during the liberation of the Philippines in World War II — where brave servicemen laid down their lives to free prisoners of war, protect innocent families, and restore hope to so many.
Her story is just one among millions — a reminder of the countless acts of courage and sacrifice shown by generations who gave everything for others.
Because of those sacrifices, we’re blessed with the freedoms to gather with family, share time with loved ones, and create meaningful moments together.
Today, we remember the fallen with gratitude, humility, and respect.
We honor you today and always.
