Pete and Rosie have spent two decades in the restaurant industry, and what they thought was their last chapter is just the beginning of something new, Escape 360 Cafe. Not just a coffee shop, but a destination. A place where their whole family comes together to build something bigger than themselves.
Rosie, the executive chef and head barista who can taste a flavor and recreate it like magic. Pete, the husband with a big heart and an even bigger vision. Together, they built Escape 360 around one simple idea: a place to escape the 360 of everyday life. The full circle of the daily grind, the constant motion, all of it.
