Hey guys I’ve started a new job so I’ve been quite busy. Today I wanted to share an easy budget friendly lunch/dinner for you guys. My kids are so picky and everyone enjoyed it! 😅 When you HAD a restaurant it’s easy for them to choose and easy to execute.
I like recipes that are easy and semi healthy.
So I usually don’t like drumsticks 🍗 But they are inexpensive so I’m gonna be creative.
Ingredients: Aldi
Chicken Drumsticks 14 -5.00 Marinate for 20 min. Bake@400 degree for 40 minutes flipping other side at 20 min. mark. When cooled down take the meat of the bone.
Brioche Rolls-4.65 I buttered the insides and put the chicken inside the slider bun.
Bake it @250 for 6 min so it can be toasted.
Everything else you probably already have in your fridge!
Fed 4 Teenage Kids for about $12.00
Also the left over marinated chicken can be used for next day Ramen or Salad.

I don’t know what this is called, but it’s really good probably because it has butter Parmesan mozzarella pesto, garlic, and lots of carbs..😆

I also food prepped for a friend who wanted two days of yumminess. Spicy minced pork with Napa cabbage and the greens from earlier and jasmine rice!🍚

Directions to S. Coit Road in Richardson:
Public Transport: Take the DART Rail Red Line to the Galatyn Park Station. From there, take bus number 883 towards Plano Transit Center and get off at the intersection of S. Coit Road and Campbell Road. The restaurant is a short walk from there.
Driving/Parking: From US-75 N, take exit 28 for Prairie Creek Rd/E Renner Rd. Keep left at the fork and follow signs for Renner Rd E. Turn left onto W Renner Rd, then turn right onto S Coit Rd. The restaurant will be on your right-hand side. There is ample parking available in the area.
