However, it’s important to remember that not everyone is fortunate enough to share in these celebrations. For those experiencing homelessness, the holiday season can be an especially challenging time. Metro Relief and other organizations are working tirelessly to meet their needs, and you can make a meaningful difference by supporting these organizations.
Imagine not having a place to call home, let alone a warm table to gather around with loved ones on Thanksgiving Day. This is the harsh reality that people face every year. Homelessness brings with it a profound sense of isolation and despair, and these feelings can be amplified during the holiday season when the contrast between one’s own situation and the joy of others is most evident.

To get to Preston Road in Dallas, you can take the DART Rail Red or Orange Line and get off at the Cityplace/Uptown Station. From there, you can take the Route 60 bus towards Downtown Garland and get off at the intersection of Preston Road and Royal Lane, which is a short walk from the pub and bar & grill.

If driving, you can take Interstate 635 East and exit onto Dallas Parkway. Continue on Dallas Parkway until you reach Royal Lane and turn left. The pub and bar & grill will be on your right-hand side. Parking is available on-site for customers.
