Replacing caramel syrup with house-made Brown Sugar syrup!
Caramel was one of the few syrups we offered in-cafe that we didn’t make in-house and didn’t fit our standard of real ingredients only. After looking for an alternative that fit our “real ingredient only” standard and not finding one, we made our own version! 🕊️🫶

We created this syrup because of the multiple requests we’ve gotten for a brown sugar latte. Let us know what other flavors you’d be interested in seeing us create! 🫶
Instead of creating a completely new flavor, this month our focus was to make the best version of a classic. Brown sugar alone is amazing, but we found adding vanilla and a pinch of salt emphasized the deep molasses flavor in brown sugar we were looking for.

1. **Train:** If you're coming from the Dallas area, take the DART train to the North Richland Hills station.
2. **Bus:** From there, catch a bus that heads towards Grapevine. Check local schedules for routes that stop near Grapevine Mills Boulevard.
3. **Walking:** Once you arrive at your bus stop, it’s a short walk to your destination on Grapevine Mills Boulevard N.
**By Car:**
1. **From Dallas/Fort Worth Airport:** Take TX-121 N toward Lewisville. Merge onto I-635 W and then take the exit for TX-121 N toward The Colony/Grapevine.
2. **From Downtown Grapevine:** Head north on Main Street, then turn left onto W Northwest Highway (TX-114). Continue until you reach Grapevine Mills Boulevard and turn right.
3. **Parking:** There is ample parking available in the vicinity of Grapevine Mills Boulevard N. Look for designated parking lots or garages nearby.
