Today, September 2, 2026…Fry Pies is 3️⃣ years old!!! 🥳🎉
Three years of building something from the ground up. We didn’t begin with a blueprint or all the answers—we learned most of it ourselves through trial and error, prayer, determination and a decision that quitting was not an option.
Each year on our anniversary, I like to reflect honestly on the journey—not only the celebrations, but also the challenges that helped shape us. This is only a small glimpse into Year 3 and everything it took to get here. Fry Pies has always been built on honesty, hard work and a genuine commitment to the people we serve.
I feel blessed beyond measure. This journey has stretched me, strengthened me and taught me more about myself than I ever expected.
Year 3 came with long days in the heat, late nights, little sleep, rising food and fuel costs, equipment issues and the financial uncertainty that naturally comes with operating a mobile food business. There were moments when I had to dig deep just to keep moving, while my mind constantly worked through how I could improve and make Fry Pies better. Through it all, we learned, adjusted and continued showing up.
But Year 3 also brought some incredible wins—events with amazing turnouts, overwhelming support and days that reminded us just how far Fry Pies has come. Our team has grown stronger, we’ve learned how to flow better together and our processes continue to improve. Many of those late nights spent thinking, planning and problem-solving have turned into smoother services and a better experience for our customers.
There have been days when a simple kind word from a customer completely brightened my day. There is nothing like watching someone take that first bite, then come back to the window just to tell us how amazing their food was and how much they enjoyed it. The calls and messages we receive afterward saying the same mean more to me than people probably realize.
No matter how difficult a day may have been, showing up has been worth it every single time.
By the end of each service, seeing familiar faces, welcoming new ones and taking the time to learn about the people who support us and what’s happening in their world always leaves me feeling grateful and reminded of my purpose. I care immensely about the quality of every order, the service we provide and the experience people receive from our window. Those connections—and knowing that people continue choosing Fry Pies—are a huge part of why I love what I do.
Through it all, God has continued to give us the strength, protection and grace to keep going.
To every customer who became family, every person who told someone else about Fry Pies, left an amazing review, shared a post, brought someone new to the truck, traveled to find us or simply spoke our name in a room we weren’t in—THANK YOU.
To the companies, schools, organizations and event coordinators who continue to book us repeatedly, thank you for trusting us to serve your people. Your continued support means more than you know.
To our team, family and everyone who has helped us behind the scenes, thank you for digging deep, stepping in and helping Fry Pies continue to grow. We appreciate you, and we couldn’t do everything we do without you.
Three years later, we’re still here. Still learning. Still improving. Still pushing. Still caring. Still building.
I’m proud of what we’ve created, grateful for everyone who has poured into Fry Pies and excited about the growth, love and new experiences still ahead of us.
We laugh, we cry, we get tired, we dig deep—and we still count it all joy!
