Nobody dreams about posting the words “Chapter 11” on Instagram… trust us 😅 But transparency matters, and so does fighting for something you built.

Chapter 11 doesn’t mean we’re closing our doors. It simply means we’re restructuring debt while continuing normal operations, serving food, paying employees, and working toward a stronger future.
