Watermelon, feta, jicama, cucumbers, beets, edamame, cilantro, and lemon vinaigrette layered over our Salata Mix.

Directions to the salad bar on Preston Road in Plano:
Public Transport:
1. Take the DART Rail Red Line to Galatyn Park Station.
2. From the station, take Bus Route 883 towards Parker Road Station.
3. Get off at Preston Road and Spring Creek Parkway bus stop.
4. Walk south on Preston Road for about 7 minutes.
5. The salad bar is located on the west side of Preston Road.
Driving/Parking:
1. Take the President George Bush Turnpike West to Preston Road exit.
2. Turn right onto Preston Road.
3. After approximately half a mile, turn left into the parking lot of the shopping center where the salad bar is located.
4. There is ample parking available in the shopping center's parking lot.
