Fun time in East Dallas last weekend! Our client, Steve pulled one over on his wife Allison for her SURPRISE BIRTHDAY PARTY! To say she was shocked is an understatement. What an honor it was to cook for everyone. Call us if you have a surprise party to plan. Trust us, we can keep it a secret!! 🤫 🤣🤣

Part 2 of our guest chef dinner - we immediately felt at home when we arrived. What a beautiful way to spend the weekend. Ross and Patricia hold a guest chef dinner 2 times a year on their property and let me tell you… the product that they provide is 2nd to none. We can’t wait to be invited back next year. Fingers crossed!!

Where to begin… we had a wonderful time meeting new friends at last weekend for their guest chef dinner. We were over the moon excited when Patricia and Ross reached out to have us over. I can’t put all of the pics in one post. This is going to have to be a multi-post.

Such a great time cooking for some new friends last night! We whipped up a beautiful Mexican Feast complete with homemade tortillas, smoked pork carnitas, and some fresh pinto beans from our friends farm down the road! The fresh salsa and guacamole were a hit as well! Call us to give your next get together a delicious twist!

We had an incredible time out .com getting inspired, connecting with great people, and kicking off a new raised garden project of our own. Fresh herbs, tomatoes, and heirloom lettuces coming soon. Also picked up some beautiful pork. 2 kinds of bacon, pork chops, and an assortment of homemade sausages and I absolutely cannot wait to make some fresh pinto beans!!

Smoked some Turkey Breast for some sandwiches on the boat this week for some lovely friends . Shout out to and for some seriously wonderful products. I rubbed the bird in mayo as a binder, then hit it with a 50/50 blend of the Gospel and Blanco and finished it with some 16 mesh pepper for a classic Central Texas flavor. Of course, Duck fat during the cook to baste doesn’t hurt. 😎😎
