Urban Crust, located on E. 15th Street in Plano, has received a mixed bag of reviews from various newspapers over the years. On one hand, a review from The Dallas Morning News from May 2019 gave Urban Crust high praise for their pizza crust and toppings. However, a review from The Dallas Observer from March 2018 criticized the service and inconsistency in quality.
More recently, customers have left their own reviews online. One Yelp reviewer from August 2021 raved about the rooftop bar and atmosphere at Urban Crust, while another reviewer from July 2021 complained about the long wait time for their food.
Another Yelp reviewer from April 2021 praised the pasta dishes at Urban Crust but noted that the pizzas were underwhelming. Over on Google Reviews, a reviewer from June 2021 commented on the great wine selection and appetizers but found fault with some of the entrees they tried.
It seems that customers have had mixed experiences at Urban Crust, with some loving certain aspects while others find room for improvement. It may be worth trying out for oneself to see if it lives up to the hype or not.
