78 years ago today, a small hamburger stand in Baldwin Park, California, was where something truly special began, and it’s because of you that we’re still celebrating today.
From our beginnings in a barely 100-square-foot building to now serving communities across 10 states, our journey has been shaped by meaningful milestones and the incredible loyalty of our Customers. Every new restaurant, every new state, and every generation carries forward our founding values of quality, cleanliness, and friendliness, and they remain at the heart of everything we do.
From our IN-N-OUT Family to yours, thank you for your trust and for allowing us to be part of your lives and communities. We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve you, yesterday, today, and for many years to come!
Love, Lynsi

This special collection is designed by In-N-Out® Owner and President, Lynsi Snyder, and her drag racing team. Lynsi’s father, Guy Snyder, was also a muscle car lover and drag racer, and his nickname was the “Flying Dutchman®”. When Lynsi started racing at the age of 18, she wanted her racing team’s name to race under his team name in his memory.
