Good Morning Facebook Friends!
Hasn’t it been just an amazing and beautiful weekend! I hate to see it end and I am also not looking forward to the unavoidable heat that is certain to be here soon. So we enjoy the outdoors as much as we can during the beautiful late Spring weekends.
This week officially kicks off Summer for most of us. Kids are out of school, vacations have started, the pools are warmed up and the days are long. My favorite time of year. And this is also my Birthday week! So I’m celebrating another year in a big way. At my age I’ve learned that getting another year old is certainly a blessing and truly should be a celebration!
So to start the celebration We’re cooking up some of my most favorite meals and especially my most favorite desserts. Yes I’m going to eat dessert all week!
So help me celebrate another trip around the sun with having Dinner with us this week!

One thing I do want to advise you on if you didn’t read my post or see it we have been forced to increase our amazing value driven meals up by $2.00.
That is only a dollar per person and I hate doing it . In fact this is our 1st price increase in 5 years. But our groceries, containers and even rent have just skyrocketed in the last year and a half. We kept hoping it would settle down but only seems to be getting worse so we didn’t have a choice.
I hope that this small increase will be something you understand and you will continue to support our Little Family Business. We promise to continue to bring you quality and value to each meal we prepare.

Dinners to Go are now $ 32.00 per 2
We accept Cash and Credit
We deliver to homes and businesses located within a 3.5 radius of our commercial kitchen located at 1848 East Rosemeade in Carrollton
Dinners are prepared daily Monday through Thursday
Pick up is 4:45 till 6:15
We are open daily Monday through Thursday from 11:30 till 6:15

In addition to our Daily Dinners we also have a great Grab and Go Case! We stock it daily with Sweets,Snacks ,Sandwiches Salads, Entrees, Quiche Charcuterie, and lots of other stuff. All of our foods are homemade in house.

Is there anything better this time of year than a back yard BBQ?
Brad has fine tuned his Beer Can Chicken. Just the perfect blend of spice rub, the correct heat to insure it stays moist and juicy and then smothered in our homemade BBQ Sauce. Truly one of my favorite Dinners. Then finish with a peach cobbler crumble. ( make sure to have some vanilla ice cream)

Ya’ll all know how much I absolutely hate doing this but we just don’t have a choice. Our food cost has almost doubled in the last year and a half and now with the increase in fuel we are seeing it rise again. Fish is more than doubled as well as beef and Chicken.
Our containers for all the carry out have also skyrocketed. And our rent for our kitchen has increased by 20%. It very hard for a business like ours to stay profitable in these economic times.
Effective June 1st 2026 we are increasing our Dinners to Go to 32.00 for 2.
I sincerely hope that our loyal customers will understand and continue to support our Little Family Business. We haven’t raised our prices in 5 years and have tried so hard to bring you the highest quality with the most value driven service but for us to continue we need to raise our Dinners to Go to 32.00 for 2.

Hope your all having a great Memorial Day Weekend! I can’t believe it’s already Sunday but excited to have one extra Day this week to Enjoy!
We will be closed on Monday!
So this week we are only doing meals on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
So since everyone is probably hamburgered and Bbq’ed out I decided we all need a break from typical Summer Holiday Cuisine! And this weekend I’ve been cooking some not so typical things that just taste so good. We’re finally able to get some good tomatoes and the basil is flourishing in my herb garden. Made the best Bruchetta this weekend and that inspired me for one of my all time favorite meals I had in Italy years ago. Chicken Capris with the most delicious creamy cheesy polenta. Something about how all those flavors blend to the most delicious bite. Those Italians really know how to blend flavors.
Wednesday I’m doing a dish of week night comfort. Beef tips braised in Gravy. I mean need I say more! Always delicious!
And then wrapping up with our amazing Hatch Green Chili roasted Chicken Enchiladas. If you have never ordered our Mexican Food you need to try it. I make all the sauces and we roast all the Chicken. I am a serious about my Mexican food. And this dish will be authentic New Mexican Style. Don’t miss it.
So it’s a short week and we’re cooking up some really delicious food that are all completely different. Something for everyone!

Good Morning Facebook Friends,
I’m lucky enough to be posting from beautiful Daytona Beach Florida this morning. Brad and I spent a long weekend here but sadly we are flying back and will be at No Worries on Monday.

My menus this week are actually inspired by our little mini vacation we’ve been enjoying down here in Central Florida.
It’s funny because you come to Florida and you think oh we’ll eat seafood the whole time we’re here. But what you notice pretty quickly is Daytona’s restaurant scene is a true culture mix of Southern comfort, Italian Cooking, Greek hospitality and costal seafood all coming together. The rich variety reflects generations of immigrants who settled in the area and brought their recipes,traditions and flavors with them. This is absolutely perfect for me because Daytona eats exactly the way I like to cook! It’s a community full of delicious diversity!

So this week we start the week with some Southern Comfort! Whole roasted Chicken with Southern Comfort cornbread dressing.

Tuesday we’re cooking a Greek dinner. All the flavors of fresh lemon and oregano and dill make this dinner feel like your at Yiayia’s house on a Sunday afternoon.

Wednesday it doesn’t get anymore classic Italian than Bucatini ( that big fat straw Spaghetti) and homemade meatballs with red gravy. If you grew up in an Italian family you probably called it red gravy and not marinara.

And then Thursday we’re doing a Costal staple that’s served all over this part of Florida BBQ Shrimp and Smoked Sausage. Shrimp and Sausage go together so well. A perfect match!

I think this week is a perfect representation of the last few days we’ve spent down here in Florida. It’s always good to go some where and get inspiration. We just love this area and can’t wait to come back.

Happy Mother’s Day to all those beautiful Moms out there! Being a Mother is the absolute greatest accomplishment of my life. Analisa is the greatest love of my life, my reason for everything I do. And I know everyone who is a Mother knows exactly how I feel. So we celebrate today all the Mothers, Grandmothers, Stepmothers, Dog Mothers and Cat Mothers. It’s a special kind of love to be a Mother.
And I was very lucky to have my Mother, I miss her everyday but I’m grateful for all the lessons she taught me. If not for my Mother I probably would’ve never learned to cook and enjoy what I do so much. My Mother just like me had a love language and it was cooking and feeding her family and friends. Never did you come to her home where there wasn’t something good on the stove or a new recipe being tried out. And because of that I too inherited the same language of love! Cooking for you!

This weeks menus really feel nostalgic to me. They all kind of remind me of family dinners I grew up eating. I guess Mother’s Day always takes me down memory lane and as I was planning this week these menus just popped in my head. A little Deja Vu!
For Monday I had a lot of roasted beef leftover from a big catering event we did this weekend. I always cook to much. Anyway my Mother always turned the leftover Sunday Roast and trust me we had it every Sunday, into French Dips Sandwiches. Another one of the world’s best sandwiches. So much better than roasted beef. It’s like a gourmet version of the simple Sunday roast.
Tender braised beef, melted Cheese, beef Au Jus, what could be better with leftovers?
Elevated a little with Homemade potato chips, ( we had Lays) as a kid, the classic French Onion dip again homemade and Black and White Cookies. One of the world’s best cookies. Oh we’re celebrating the roast beef in this dinner.
Tuesday again feels very nostalgic! Turkey and Dressing. It’s not just for Thanksgiving. It’s such a great Dinner anytime of year.
Wednesday it’s a Greek inspired Fish Dinner. Taste like a Summer vacation! I love this dinner so much. I can just taste those juicy tomatoes with Balsamic and that garlic bread dipping into the extra juice. Yum ! If you like fish you don’t want to miss Wednesday.

Then we wrap up the week with a family classic. Southern pulled pork. Pulled pork sandwich’s are honestly my very first food memory from childhood. My Daddy would stop by a place in Jonesboro Arkansas called Po Boys . He would bring home the smoked pork in a white paper bag. I can vividly remember this and I was about 3 years old. Then my Mother would make deviled eggs and potato salad. It was a big treat! Sometimes when we think back on our childhood we really realize those were the wonder years.
