How long have you been in business?
- We started at the Moon Rock 3 years ago and we have been in business for 3 years.

What type of food/cuisine do you offer?
- No Shortcuts. No Blended Flavors.
For us, food is about connection and unforgettable experiences. ModDang Thai was born out of a deep love for cooking for family and friends, and nothing brings us more joy than seeing a customer take that first bite and smile.

What makes your truck unique?
- What makes our food truck truly unique is our commitment to real Thai cooking: We never blend or dilute our flavors. We believe Thai food should be an exciting experience, not dialed down. We fire up our woks to let the true, punchy contrast of fresh herbs, fiery bird’s eye chilies, sharp lime, and savory sauces stand out exactly as they do in the night markets of Thailand. When you eat at our window, you are getting the real, uncompromised deal. We can’t wait to surprise your taste buds and bring a smile to your face at your next visit!

What are your top three items + your personal favorite item?
- Crispy fried pork belly, Drunken noodle, Mango with sticky rice. My favorite item is papaya salad. vibrant explosion of unblended flavors featuring crisp, shredded green papaya hand-pounded with fiery bird’s eye chilies, sharp lime, garlic, and savory fish sauce for the ultimate sweet, sour, salty, and spicy street food punch. we used to have this on our menu regularly, but now only have it for special occation. It is one thing I can eat everyday.

Do you have any specials you’d like to mention?
-We have No meat special on Wednesday (20% off) and Meal deal (Chicken or tofu) with appitizer and drink for $20 on Thursday!
