Leo had so much fun at our Terre Stregate wine dinner that he has asked to do one more dinner before we break for summer. On Tuesday June 16th MoMo will once again host Leo and Sami Selections this time for the wines of summer wine dinner and our MoMo Italian twist on a backyard cookout.
Tenative menu:
Primi with sparkling wine and salsa verde chips
Salad: grilled watermelon mint and Burrata or feta
Pasta: Brisket ravioli sun-dried tomato pesto
Secondi: Ribs with Calabrian creamed corn
Dolce: Banana Zabaione with lady fingers
