Chef carved Mole Pork, Rosemary Sirloin, and Red Chili Chicken Drumsticks — bold flavors for a powerhouse crowd.
Favorites like Deviled Eggs and Pimento Cheese Bites rounded out the feast.

Friday night was pure magic at The Collin Club in Corsicana, where we had the pleasure of catering Austin & Emma’s rehearsal dinner. The venue’s charming historic character set the stage for a lovely woodland-themed evening, beautifully designed by owner Michelle Hogan. Guests enjoyed champagne, wine, and delectable passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a delicious Southern buffet and a cozy dessert and coffee bar upstairs.
Captured perfectly by Stanley Johnson of PE Images, it was a night full of warmth, love, and celebration. ✨

What a beautiful celebration! ✨🎶We had the pleasure of catering Keshonta & Aaron’s wedding at Brighton Abbey on October 5 — a night filled with love, music, laughter, and incredible food. Everyone looked amazing (especially the happy couple 💕), and the dance floor stayed packed all night!

This was a beautiful wedding we did last Friday at Knotting Hill Place with autumn colors and lovely florals by Sherpas Floral Rental. The cake by Susie Cakes was delicious. The music by Jason JayCo Conley was awesome and everyone looked like they had a really great time. ✨
