Meet our Spotlight Teacher, DeNese!
"My name is DeNese, and I teach 8th Grade Advanced Algebra 1 at Berry Middle School in Mesquite, Texas. Many of my students come from low-income households, so receiving $250 would help me provide essential classroom supplies for student use throughout the school year while also replenishing classroom resources. The funds would be used to purchase composition books, notebook paper, glue sticks, scissors, rulers, and pencils—items that support daily learning and help ensure all students have the tools they need to succeed."
