Congrats to our Team Member of the Quarter, Natalie! This is Natalie’s first job, and she works front-of-house. Since joining the team, she has grown into a wonderful example of The Saxton Groups core values. Although she started off shy, with positive feedback and coaching she has truly come out of her shell - and we are so proud of her. Natalie now greets guests with a smile and is always eager to learn more and help wherever she is needed. Her growth and willingness to improve have been impressive to watch.
