That’s a wrap on homecoming season! From mums and pep rallies to parades and Friday night lights, we’re grateful to the schools, students, and communities across Texas who let Shipley be part of such a special tradition this fall.
As a Texas tradition ourselves for 90 years, we’ve always loved being part of the moments that bring people together. This year, that included helping our homecoming giveaway winner, Stormy from Pearland High School, celebrate with her friends! From bouquet-making and sweet treats to custom Shipley mums and a ride to the big night, we loved making their homecoming extra special.
A special thanks to our friends for inviting us behind the scenes and creating some amazing Shipley mums, and congratulations again, Stormy!

**By Public Transport:**
1. If you are starting from downtown Dallas, head to the nearest DART light rail station.
2. Take the Green Line towards North Carrollton/Frankford Road.
3. Get off at the "Mockingbird" station.
4. From there, transfer to Bus Route 29 (which heads towards Royal Lane).
5. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the stop closest to your destination.
**By Driving/Parking:**
1. Start by heading south on Main Street toward Elm Street.
2. Merge onto I-35E S via the ramp on the left toward Waco.
3. Take exit 429B for US-75 N toward Greenville Ave.
4. Continue on US-75 N and take exit 2A toward Mockingbird Ln.
5. Turn left onto Mockingbird Ln and continue straight for approximately 1 mile.
6. Look for available parking options nearby; there should be street parking or nearby lots.
Make sure to check local traffic conditions and public transport schedules before your trip!
