Today, I want to make some noise about the delicious coffee grown and produced in Chiapas, Mexico. Historically, coffees produced in Mexico were considered second-tier and used in coffee blends. However, today, the high-grown coffee in Chiapas is creating a lot of buzz! In the cup, it is clean and balanced, with notes of chocolate, toffee, and dark berries.
The beans are roasted and available this weekend:
Saturday at the Whiterock Farmer's Market from 8am to 12pm
Sunday at the Lakewood Farmer's Market from 9am to 1pm

Tanzania is a hidden gem in East Africa. It is often overshadowed by Ethiopia. Yet, it is a delicious coffee that has notes of dark berries and caramel. It's becoming a RCR favorite. It will be available this weekend at Good Local Markets!

3. Look for the destination on your right, just past the intersection with Rowlett Rd.
4. There is parking available in front of the building.

1. Check local bus schedules for routes that service Rowlett.
2. Board a bus that heads towards Main St or Rowlett Rd.
3. Get off at the nearest stop to Main St, which should be within walking distance (approximately 5-10 minutes).
4. Walk along Main St until you reach your destination, located on the right side of the street.
