Some people in Dallas have never had a bowl at Ten… we think about them often.
TEN is a ramen restaurant located on Sylvan Avenue and was established by Teiichi Sakurai who is also the chef at Tei-An. The restaurant serves Tonkotso Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, Pork Mazemen, Specials and has standing counters for its customers. In 2015, the operation hours were updated on social media to reflect that they are the same as Tei-An's hours. Additionally, Teiichi teased that there would be something coming in 2016 but didn't specify what it was. Unfortunately, TEN has not updated its profile for more than 7 years and may be closed down.

Ramen restaurants have been gaining popularity in recent years, and TEN on Sylvan Avenue in Dallas is a prime example of why. This ramen shop, from the renowned Tei-An chef Teiichi Sakurai, offers a variety of delicious options including Tonkotso Ramen, Shoyu Ramen, Pork Mazemen, and Specials. The standing counters add to the authentic experience of enjoying a bowl of hot and savory ramen. While there was some confusion about their hours of operation in the past, they now follow the same schedule as Tei-An. And while Teiichi has hinted at something new coming in 2016 that isn't ramen, for now we can enjoy the amazing flavors and atmosphere at TEN.
