We want to share with our wonderful community that Conchita’s Mexican Grill & Bar will no longer be managed through us. Please join us in welcoming the upcoming transition to San Marcos Mexican Grill 🎊🎉
While it’s the same beloved owner, they’ll now be partnering with a family member who previously owned a location in Melissa, TX—bringing fresh energy and experience to the table.
Though it saddens us to step away, we are incredibly grateful for your love and support throughout this journey—from the days of Jalapeños Mexican Grill to the transformation into Conchita’s. It’s been a labor of love filled with blood, sweat, tears, and unforgettable memories. ♥️✨
Conchita’s is NOT closing—it will remain open during the transition and gradually become San Marcos Mexican Grill. We sincerely hope you enjoyed the hospitality, food, and experiences we’ve had the honor to provide.
