Another one for the books. 🏆🍗
We’re proud to add BEST FRIED CHICKEN in Dallas Observer’s Best of Dallas 2026 to our growing list of accolades. We got it like that, and some things aren’t ever gonna change.
But while our signature Mexican-inspired fried chicken is what put us on the map, we’ve always wanted Brick & Bones to be more than just a place to eat.
Since moving into our new digs on Commerce Street, we’ve been building on what we’ve always loved about Brick. Great cocktails, a proper spot to catch your favorite team, and a home for some of Dallas’ best local music talent.

CELEBRATING THE END OF THE STATE FAIR OF TEXAS the only way we know how: HOUSE BRUNCH. 🎶🔥
BRICK HOUSE BRUNCH is back this Sunday from 11AM–4PM, with DJ ANTEEEZY + special guest HAZEL taking over the patio and burning through a blend of house jams while brunch does its thing. Come hungry. We’ve got the special Brick & Bones brunch menu, cold drinks, and enough food to give the fairgrounds a little competition — minus the long lines and midway chaos.

CASHION & FRIENDS is on a (rock &) roll every Wednesday night on the BRICK patio, and tonight looks ready to keep that streak going.
The fall air has finally found Deep Ellum, and after sweating through the last few months, it feels pretty damn good to spend a night outside again. Quality local music, friends, fried chicken, cocktails, and a little room to breathe.
We kick things off at 10PM, right around the time Rock & Roll Hall of Famer JACK WHITE is wrapping things up next door at The Bomb Factory. When that show lets out, we’ll keep the Deep Ellum energy going on the patio until 1AM.
And the best part about CASHION & FRIENDS? You never really know which of Cashion’s friends might stop by and jump in.

Storms are taunting us on the Doppler, the weather has finally cooled down, and our host / resident meteorologist JUSTIN CASHION says the patio is ready for him and a few talented FRIENDS.
CASHION & FRIENDS returns to BRICK tonight for round two, bringing Dallas musicians together for an open jam under the lights.

Brick & Bones is now an official New England Patriots watch bar, and we’re kicking it off TONIGHT as the Patriots take on the Seahawks in the season opener.
