10 years ago, we started Zavala’s Barbecue in our backyard with a broke down smoker from my father-in-law. My best friend’s dad brought it back to life, and we got to start making the BBQ I grew up eating with my dad.

Zavala's Barbecue on W Main Street in Grand Prairie has garnered mixed reviews from newspapers.
